Newsletter CommitteeWe publish the SierraScape Newsletter to publicize local activities and environmental issues.
SierraScape is the bi-monthly newsletter mailed to the EMG's 5,000 members and published on your web site. Over 20 years in publication, SierraScape is a wholly volunteer effort to provide information on the EMG's diverse activities, including conservation goals, upcoming events, recent accomplishments, outings, and volunteer needs.
Articles, story ideas, research and general writing and editing assistance are always welcome. We currently need someone who can occasionally scan photographs. If you are proficient in Macintosh QuarkXPress, you may be able to help with layout.
SierraScape is published in even-numbered months with the deadline for submissions and advertising generally by the first day of the previous month, at least four weeks before publication.
